Tic Tac Toe at South Parkersburg
Teens ages 13 – 19 can play Tic Tac Toe at South Parkersburg on April 13th from 4 – 5 pm. It’s “April” Madness instead of “March” Madness. Please call 304-428-7041 for more information.

Perler Bead Craft Day at Emerson
Children of all ages can stop by Emerson’s Young Readers’ Room between 11 am and 4 pm on Saturday, March 12th to make a fun Perler Bead Craft creation. No registration is required for craft day, but you can call 304-420-4587 if you need more information.
