Reserve a Meeting Room
Our conference rooms and venues are available to non-profit groups free of charge. Commercial activities including the promotion or sale of items or services, soliciting, or non-PWCPL fundraising are prohibited. No showers or parties may be scheduled.
With the exception of alcoholic beverages, food and drink are allowed in the rooms. No food may be delivered to the branches and you must clean up after yourselves.
Please notify 24 hours in advance of cancellations. Failure to show up at scheduled meetings without notification may result in loss of privileges.
The Library doesn’t endorse or support the beliefs or actions of any groups or individuals that use the meeting rooms.
All meetings booked in our public rooms will be posted in our online meeting room schedules and sent to local news media unless otherwise requested.
All rooms can be booked 7 days in advance. If your event requires more time than the selections provided, check that all the needed time slots are available, then book multiple blocks. Please reserve extra time if you need additional set-up or clean-up time for your meeting.
How To Use the Online Form:
On the booking page, click “Switch Location” to toggle between Emerson and South branches. Select the room you’d like to reserve. Then choose the numbers of hours you’ll need the room and click in the box in the corner. You’ll then see which days are available. Continue selecting time slots and enter your contact details. Your request will be reviewed and please note that your reservation is not complete until you receive confirmation.
Call or Email to Reserve Room:
You can also email your reservation request (specify date, time, and size of group along with your contact information) to firstname.lastname@example.org at Emerson or email@example.com at South. The reservation is not complete until you receive confirmation.
