Emerson Library:
- Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm
- Saturday 10 am – 5 pm
- Sunday Closed
South Parkersburg Library:
- Tuesday – Friday 10am – 5pm
- Saturday 10am – 3pm
Temporary hours will be in effect through Friday, August 5th.
