There are two sessions: 10 am and 11 am. You can register for either one.
Are you a fan of Avatar the Last Air Bender? Did you know that the type of movement water benders do is called Tai Chi?
If you’d like to learn how to move like a water bender, then this is the class for you!
Each child can have one adult participate with them.
This class helps participants learn to balance, take mindful breaths, and do the slow controlled movements that Tai Chi is known for.
