Children's Event
Any child under 12, who can read independently, can sign-up to read to a therapy dog for a 20-minute session on Monday, January 27th from 4:00-5:00 P.M. at the South Parkersburg Library. Registration starts on January 13th, and all children interested will need to be registered.
