The book club is for kids in 5th-7th grade. Our next meeting is July 29th at 3:00 P.M at the South Parkersburg Library branch.
Good Books Young Troublemakers. The name is inspired by a quote from Congressman John Lewis, referring to having the courage to “make good trouble.” What is good trouble? Speaking up in the face of injustice and bullying. Books can show us examples of situations through another’s eyes and get us thinking about how we might respond.
