An Evening with: Teresa Racer, also known as “Momma T” of Momma T and the Warriors, will talk about Helping the Homeless and Hopeless of Parkersburg on Thursday, April 21st at 6:30 pm at Emerson. Momma T’s Warriors have served the community by providing meals and clothes, fixing up houses, and more.
