Book Sales
The Friends have a weekly Book Sale every Wednesday from 12 noon to 2 pm and every second Saturday from 11 am – 1 pm.
Entrance will be from inside the library on the Lower Level, and you will exit through the doors on the Lower Level towards 31st Street.
The proceeds from the book sales provide financial support to the Parkersburg & Wood County Public Library by helping to sponsor the Young Readers’ Summer Program, buying new materials, furniture, and computer equipment, and supporting the WV Library Association and the Literacy Volunteers of the Mid-Ohio Valley.

Membership
If you would like to become a member of the Friends, please visit the library and fill out a registration form at the circulation desk. Annual membership dues are $2 per person and $5 for a family. We are now offering a lifetime membership for $20 per individual contributor.
