Any child under 12, who can read independently, can sign-up to read to a therapy dog for a 20-minute session at the South Parkersburg Library on Monday, September 29th from 4:00-5:00 P.M. Registration is required. Call or stop in for more information on available times and to register. Registration begins on September 15th.
