South Parkersburg Library’s annual Teen Summer Program is here, and we wanted to start with homage to our favorite winged creature: Mothman.
Teens, ages 12-19, are welcome to make their own creepy and mysterious cryptids out of Perler Beads on Wednesday, June 5th from 3:00-4:00 P.M.
