Teen Event
South Parkersburg Library is hosting a black-out poetry art event for teens, ages 12-19. They are welcome to make their own black-out poetry art with materials provided, but teens are welcome to bring their own supplies as well. This will be held Wednesday, April 5th from 4:00-5:00 P.M.
