State and federal tax forms are now available at the Parkersburg & Wood County Public Library. We have 1040 instruction booklets and forms as well as West Virginia state tax forms.
In addition, volunteers from AARP will be providing tax preparation help to individuals 60 & older as well as individuals with low to moderate incomes. This service will be provided at the Wood County Library at 3100 Emerson Avenue in Parkersburg. Please see below for more information or click here for other options for tax help in the community.
