Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention is a slow and gentle exercise program to help with balance, coordination, flexibility, mobility, and peace of mind.
The class meets every Wednesday at 12 Noon, starting on September 15th, at our Emerson location. Lessons are cumulative so we hope you will plan on coming every week.
